DEPOSITS: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book ALL chemical services. Your appointment is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your final service total. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Your $50 deposit may be transferred ONE time when 24+ hours’ notice is given. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book. NO-SHOWS: Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. LATE ARRIVALS: I have a 15-minute late policy. Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in your service being shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on availability. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS: All services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to me! If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. If an adjustment is needed, I am happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment when appropriate.
